Families with children who will be playing middle school and high school sports during the winter 2026 - 2027 season may now begin completing the required online registration. The registration deadline for winter sports is November 27, 2026.
Families must create an Arbiter account to register for each sport and complete the required paperwork online. No physical paperwork will be accepted. When completing registration in Arbiter, please be sure to click Winter 2026-2027 and then click on the sport your child will participate in during the winter season.
Families with children in grades 7-12 who will be playing a winter sport should complete the following in Arbiter:
Cippe Forms and the Athletic Handbook, available in Arbiter. Physicals for 2026-2027 must be completed after May 1, 2026. When uploading the Section 5 Health History, Section 6 PIAA Physical forms, and current insurance cards, please be sure to rename the file with the student’s last name and Winter 2026 (example Smith_Winter2026). The Section 5 and Section 6 forms must be signed and dated by the doctor.
